Want to feel super-depressed? While sitting in a chair press either hand flat on the arm then arch your elbow up so that the skin on the top of your hand kinda bunches a bit. Now pinch and lift some skin then release the grip. If your skin takes forever to spring back then you, my friend, are OLD!
@SW-User lol.. if you want to feel really old, instead of counting the years forwards from your birthday, count backwards. Like if you were born in 1993, instead of Counting 30 years to now, count 30 years backwards from 93 LOL damn it would put you just a couple weeks after JFK's assassination
