I would say the number one product if you are in the sun, is anything with sunscreen in it. The harmful suns rays can affect any skin tone...wrinkles over time, spots, or skin cancer. So I use Neutrogena face spray sunscreen most.. even on cloudy days actually. They say rays still affect skin on cloudy days. I get the 55 SPF strength.

6" brims on hats,
50+ sunscreen,
wash face twice a day with ph balanced cleanser,
don't rub the eyes when tired,
moisturiser if comfortable,
no make-up, it clogs the skin,
lip balm when needed

Sunblock and lots of it. Lots of unprotected sun exposure has lasting consequences. Vit E cream too will help. I've been using it a lot

@lacrossegirl25 I need to be better about this. Any brand you can suggest that isn’t oily and leaves a heavy feeling?

@SmileSunshine I like Neutrogena facial sunscreen spray. Its great because you can just spritz it on your face without greasy gloppy mess. And i put it on my arms too. I get the 55 SPF protection.
