Is being a virgin at 35 old fashioned?

Was just wondering if it's outdated and old fashioned of me to still be a virgin at 35? I ain't scared of losing my virginity at all because it's every ladies dream to lose her virginity and transit from a lady to a woman, but I am scared of losing it one man then later get dumped by that man then opt to another man. Because my desire is to lose it to just one man and that one man would be the one to spend eternity with me. Is it possible ?

Old fashioned isn't really the concern about it, but rather the very extreme amount of weight you are placing on this for yourself. Relationships and marriages fail even with the best intentions, because people make legitimate mistakes and have real blind spots.

Waiting to be sure it will last forever is likely to make it never happen at all.

Instead, choosing to be with someone who you believe is genuine and authentic in their relationship with you is pretty much the bar you can realistically hope for.

It may fail in the future, and as long as the reasons for that are honest and not coming out of a place of malice, neither of you has any reason to suffer regret over it.

No decent man will shame a woman for having sex with someone she loved in a real relationship, no matter how old fashioned he is.
