It is really tough for a single parent to find a suitable partner ,

because it is more about finding a better parent for their child ,
than finding a partner to fulfil their own loneliness .

If a partner is really good at mixing with the child ,
and is stable in mind and deeds , then it do not matter if the single parent is able to reduce their loneliness with the new partner or not .

The child must not feel , that he or she has only single parent ,
that leaves patches of hurt in their heart , while growing up as well .

And single parent may still try to have love for the new partner as well , if the partner really tries to be better parent as well .

However a man in our place was different , he liked some girls , but never married .
Later on in his life , he adopted 8 children . They all must have grown up now and might be in their 50's , he reared them well , and never felt to marry as well .
