New old dream

I had this dream when I was 16 I think, but never forgot it. I was a lot older, had a stable job and a beautiful wife and 2 little boys as I always wanted. It was a sunny hot day and I had just came back from work. I was still in my suit when I noticed my wife preparing BBQ and the kids running around in the green, beautiful garden. I went over and kissed my wife on the cheek and went inside to get changed. I put on something short and comfortable for the weather and went out with my newspaper. I looked and around and smiled thinking about how beautiful it all looks, especially with my own happy family there with me. I could hear the birds singing, my kids laughing and screaming out of fun, chasing each other around. The BBQ grill making its own sound, I then beath in and start reading my newspaper. But then.. It all went silent, the birds, the kids, all out it, just silent. I thought "That's weird.." so I put down my paper and noticed it was all gone, it had all disappeared, the birds, the trees, the green grass, my wife and kids, even the sun, all gone. I looked around worried, trying to understand and grab something, but there was nothing, absolutely nothing, I was left alone floating in a sea darkness...
