Men don't date single women with dependent kids for good reasons, same as single women will not date single men with dependent kids.
It's not a man's (or a woman's) job to raise another man's (or woman's) children. It's very rare for two single people (both with dependent kids) to be able to form a functional blended family. If a woman or man is single with dependent kids why would (or should) another 'substitute baby daddy or baby mummy' be necessary?

@zonavar68 Blended families happen all the time, but there are definitely risks. Both my youngest sister and my best friend didn’t date after their divorces until their children were grown. They didn’t want to risk bringing in someone who might’ve preyed on their children. And unfortunately, predators (of either gender) don’t wear signs. 🙁
