I dont think men are applauded by women for that. They are applauded by other men perhaps, if at all. (I would not applaud even my best friend for that)
Similarly women are shamed usually by men. I do not know what other women feel about it.
Statistically there should be as many women with multiple bed partners as men as it takes two to tango. And that wouldnt happen if one is victimised and the other incentivised.
To be fair, it does not matter who sleeps with how many. Just live life at your own terms 😀😇
