I'm so sick of being lonely

But I don't know how to trust anyone
Beautifullyderanged · 41-45, F
It can take a long time to trust anyone. There's always the worry of giving too much of yourself and getting next to nothing in return, or being taken advantage of. I don't really have anyone anymore because I'm only important when they need me and if I need help there's no chance I'll get it and those relationships are so damaging. Saying that you need to be able to trust again, but you can only do it at a speed you're comfortable with. Don't hide away but don't give too much either you need to find that balance so you can protect yourself until you are comfortable with the relationship to show more.

Trust in yourself and be the person that makes yourself proud. Others will follow.

I’m sorry but really understand this feeling.

trusting, once past 19 years old, becomes challenging. It's an art and a skill that takes practice, and some times takes leaps of faith. It can pan out or not, but you won't be lonely while finding out.

I feel like this on line too at times. The more you speak with people the more you'll know how genuine they are. ⭐ Don't give up! 😊

Have you ever questioned why you feel bad about such a thing?
