Ok first thing. Do not be scared, put off or paralysed by rejection. Smile be happy be confident. When you talk to girls talk about them and their interests. Try to find interesting questions. If they start to ask you questions answer with a smile and loads of confidence. Don't rush the date question. Never be too eager with replies. Let the girl do some chasing. Keep working at this. It takes time, but you will get better all the time. Oh and take care of yourself. Dress like you really care about yourself your hygiene. If you look and act like you value yourself, others will too!

Ok. You're going to have to start being a bit of dick. No crude humor. Just be not too nice.
Watch 'Dazed and Confused'. I know it sounds crazy but nice guys become friends to girls. You need to get away from being too nice. Also, keep a sense of not letting what's going on inside yourself. You need to be mysterious. Let them try and figure you out. Also, they want you to do stuff for them. Don't do it regularly. Once in awhile, do something but if you become predictable, it can be the end quickly.

It's not too much. But I'm sure you don't just want any girl. I don't know how these things work. Like someone mentioned some people meet their life long partners at 16 and some later in life. I'm kinda in the same boat but trying not to think about it too much. Just trying to focus on being successful in other things in life so when and if I meet him I'm not a miserable sod with nothing else going for me. Your partner will be a part of your life not everything.

I never had a girlfriend too, I know that feeling. But most girls do not like needy men or desperate. It takes time to grow a seed to a tree.
