I'm so tired of this. I go to try to find a winter coat at Walmart and they're all from China and you have to order two sizes up just so they'll fit.

I want and demand American-made clothes! This is ridiculous. I wish Walmart would get their act together.

Shop at Salvation Army. You might find a better coat.

Go to a better store.
Even Macy's and other stores have better clothes snd good prices

I haven't been in Walmart for years. Maybe the Mall?
@FreestyleArt I don't go to the mall anymore. It's so much easier just to shop online. But I'm going to shop elsewhere now to look for fall coat other than Walmart.

There are a lot of US clothing manufacturers . Depending on the style and cut you want, you should be able to find it. However if you want the cheap stuff, buy foreign made. Walmart stopped being an American only brand store long ago.
Fair wish that every citizen can demand. But would anyone listen? Are there any more clothes made in America? Or are only weapons been made.
Clothes are mainly made at the east, I guess…If not China, India, Nepal, Vietnam Bangladesh,..the list of options grows.

@ManuelShorey Why would anyone take your advice about anything American?
@TexChik Right, I live in UK. And it was none of my business.
TexChik · F
@ManuelShorey and clearly you have no clue about America.

They won't because it means the cost of production would go up and people don't want to go back to the days before we had fast fashion from countries that don't have ethical work policies.

@PatientlyWaiting25 Always profits first unfortunately

What do you have against non-American products?
DDonde · 36-40, M
You probably would need to shop somewhere else for that. I don't foresee a business like Walmart ever putting locally made goods above cheap goods.

Sadly if you want American made it will cost you a whole lot more than a Walmart coat. Of course it will last you for years too.
