I don't know what is what? If you buy a brand new pair of Jeans from walmart...Wear it once and they rip on the outside of the pocket

You still have the tags and reciept and return them the next day? And they refuse the return because they were worn... Isn't there wear and tare? Who was in the right the costumer service clerk who refused to reemburse me, or should I have been given back my money?? I really don't know...What do you think?

@pdockal Actually it was torn while he was working for a construction company that coincidently was redoing the concrete in front of that exact Walmart store!!! The tear was about two inches across and one inch down near the pocket close to the zipper area.. He wore them once while working and tore them on the job while coincidently working on a job at that Walmart. They didn't do anything for the return. Even though it was the next day when I tried to return them with tags and a receipt and the tear. I was like well what about natural wear and tare and they were like no that's not natural wear and tear, no refund.

@saintsong

The pants were worn for construction
I'll assume the weren't work pants
Therfore they shouldn't be refundable

They would be covered under normal conditions

@pdockal They were a regular pair of Levi's Jeans, that got ruined after one day of wear... I guess it's my loss, I don't care...

Don't you know how to sew ?
Jeans can be repaired & patched.
There are jeans and then there are work pants made for rough environments.
