I don't know what is what? If you buy a brand new pair of Jeans from walmart...Wear it once and they rip on the outside of the pocket

You still have the tags and reciept and return them the next day? And they refuse the return because they were worn... Isn't there wear and tare? Who was in the right the costumer service clerk who refused to reemburse me, or should I have been given back my money?? I really don't know...What do you think?

Won't get you anywhere but I think they should have replaced them or given you a refund. If you had a receipt I see no excuse. They've changed their ways because of receiptless scammers and a laxed return policy. But it's no loss for them to replace or refund you.
It's Walmart. They didn't pay squat to stock them.
