I don't know what is what? If you buy a brand new pair of Jeans from walmart...Wear it once and they rip on the outside of the pocket

You still have the tags and reciept and return them the next day? And they refuse the return because they were worn... Isn't there wear and tare? Who was in the right the costumer service clerk who refused to reemburse me, or should I have been given back my money?? I really don't know...What do you think?

@Mindful While working construction coincidently at that Walmart! The tear was about two inches across near the pocket and zipper area, and about one inch down like a right angle downward a full tear! After one use!
