Not a great sign for Walmart. Maybe seeing all the businesses closing in blue cities is their warning sign.

@MrBrownstone They have changed some of their policies so much and people are trying to find alternative places to shop. I noticed the past year or two they don’t mark down their clearance items as well as they used to. They’ll price them at almost full price with a yellow clearance tag. Clothing racks have stuff on them for many months before they take a final price chop to clear them out for holiday merchandise.

@cherokeepatti No more “Always low prices, always”?

@MrBrownstone I don’t hear that if they say it. They may be low on some things but not everything. Also their. Good Value and Equate brands of items are inferior. You’ll get shorted on items like GV pastas in the boxes. I have weighed several of them after reading a post on another website. The boxes will be an ounce and half less than the weight on the box and that’s not even supposed to include the box weight with it. Their Equate brand of OTC meds have added ingredients that are not healthy. Why do they need to add so many chemicals and things like Titanium Dioxide to them when the name brands don’t do it?

@cherokeepatti The WM Good Value cookies are terrible. They taste like paper and have the consistency of plywood.

@DallasCowboysFan I bought some canned peas and they tasted mealy compared to the canned peas at Aldi, which taste like garden peas Even their canned peaches don’t compare to Aldi peaches. Nor the fruit cocktail, something off with the GV Brands.
