Does Walmart hire dumb people? I've noticed a lot of the workers act like airheads😬

For what they pay; would you be all wordy and chatty as an employee yourself? I do not go to Walmart for conversations with the staff myself.

Should they check if their medical degrees are real before hiring 🤔
