buying things which i cannot afford

Cancel your credit/debit card and deal exclusively in cash.

@ninalanyon 🤔good advice but if you are foolhardy with a credit card you will be no different with cash if you cannot get a grip on your spend spend spend attitude

@smiler2012 True but it drastically reduces the opportunities for online impulse buying.

I rule my impulse buying by having a budget and staying aware of my daily balances... I use a simple spreadsheet budget I created and every morning, I check my bank balances and credit card spending to ensure I stay within my budget.
