When buying raffle tickets do you read the terms and conditions?

I bought a car raffle ticket just now, online.
After purchase I read the full terms and conditions.
One condition - Collection of vehicle is subject to availability of nominated car and may take up to 12 months before the vehicle is available for collection.

@Carissimi I always think that I am going to win.
Though the reality is, the last thing I won was a Bette Midler CD in 1988 when I rang a radio station competition line. 🙄
