Delivery delays. I don't buy supermarket stuff like food etc. online (I only ever get that in person) but Ebay purchases, etc. are mostly done that way (rare to do an in person Ebay transaction completion now).
Australia Post has really shit delivery time for regular domestic mail like normal parcels - usually quoting a week.
I know international parcels had big delays due to airline shutdowns but that should be overcome now.
Worst thing is sellers in the USA refusing to ship to Australia at all. However today I ordered an Australian made hat only in stock in the USA now and get free shipping to Australia. So sometimes it's a total opposite.
