What’s special about Trader Joes?

I see several of you posting about this store and I’ve never been so I’m curious what is so wonderful about it?

I see that we have a store not too far from me so if you guys tell me about it, might make the two hour trek to go out there

they are located a stones throw from me. they carry all the essentials and prices are reasonable and do not change. products are fresh rarely disappear or change locations. it's like a more friendly Aldi with more organic stuff. would you drive hours to go to Aldi? 🤪

@StygianKohlrabi I'm not a fan of Aldi's, even though they're owned by the same German family as TJ's.

@StygianKohlrabi In iowa they're called Sav A Lot, which in the Portland area they're called Grocery Outlet.
