Do you do a weekly shop or do you shop daily?

We are mixed. The heavy things we do weekly but the fresh things we do daily so we get the best food. We also get breakfast most mornings at a local cafe, ☕️ coffee and a pastry 🥐

A very mixed bag really. I shop weekly for a lot of things, but I also do a monthly shop for tinned foods or long shelf life things that I can easily store and use throughout the month. This does mean 10 tins of baked beans or other random tinned goods lol.

I then have a weekly shop to get relatively fresh food and daily for those with very short shelf lives.
