I do one massive shop at the beginning of the month, a smaller shop about 2 weeks later, and if I have any money left, I do a tiny shop at the end of the month.

Entirely Random. Never seem to remember what I need when I'm out there shopping

A very mixed bag really. I shop weekly for a lot of things, but I also do a monthly shop for tinned foods or long shelf life things that I can easily store and use throughout the month. This does mean 10 tins of baked beans or other random tinned goods lol.

I then have a weekly shop to get relatively fresh food and daily for those with very short shelf lives.

I shop as needed. Used to be a specific day but my life outgrew that.

It's more on an "as needed" basis.

I shop once every two weeks when I get paid. I only top off in between if I need milk or bread or find reduced bskery items. I make a list. I stick to it unless there are great sales. Hoping to buy a chest freezer soon to. Freezer space is not enough to stock up on sales.

I do most my shopping once a week. I will prep with the fresh items as they are limited where I live anyway. I take my son out to dinner on Sunday but otherwise eat at home to save cost.

We keep a shared shopping list on Google Keep. Then whoever is going out will get some or all of it as the pass a supermarket. We have four supermarkets within a radius of 2 km so we don't need to keep a stock of anything.

Neither, we massive shop about every 6 months. For things like flour, sugar, coffee and other dry goods

Everything else we get off our land

I try to stick with once weekly, but do on occasion end up having to go midweek for fresh veggies/greens for salads and fruit.

When I feel good enough to shop and we need things. I went shopping yesterday, two discount stores, Winco and Sam’s Club.

Daily.... although I really should do it weekly.
