I do not know if this is relevent,or even interesting,but from hardly eating eggs they are now a staple part of my diet.I saw my doctor about it and he said it was just astage I would soon be ova!......I am so sorry sis 😜

@pedrohedgerow Eggs have a lot of protein and they also contain lecithin which emulsifies the cholesterol so they don’t cause the same problems as other fats.

@cherokeepatti I never enjoyed eggs as much as I do now.Could be my body is telling me what I need.I think my dog gets the same kind of thing,you know?

@pedrohedgerow I was born on a farm and would eat scrambled eggs every day and then I’d watch my uncle eat his over-easy fried eggs and I’d tell my aunt “I want my eggs cooked like his”. I’d eat them for nearly a month that way and then I’d get a queasy feeling like they raw and tell her to make them scrambled. I don’t know why I did that but the cycle of this continued for at least 2 years. 😂 The yolks were really bright orange too.

@cherokeepatti Thats the thing pattie,loose eggs have never sat well on my stomach.My mate used to swallow raw eggs,and a lot worse but thats adifferent story...best stop here...
