I do love me some couscous 🤤 It is a rare thing to find here though, and most are not done the proper way.

3.20 is where she prepares the couscous. I hope you aren't putting it into the broth but steaming above it and buttering it well.

Oh, i actually add the couscous directly into the broth, very little broth though that it steams and is not watery anymore after steaming. I see my biggest mistake is that now 😅

@Longpatrol I had it lot growing up and I loved it too but now due to celiac disease it is my worst nightmare.
I rarely go to the village on friday because everyone is steaming couscous and just breathing in the gluten makes me ill.
