I just spend more than 30 mn explaining to a local grocery store that tofu is not goat cheese.

It is hard getting asian cuisine ingredients here. Even more difficult when the cashier been having couscous for breakfast, lunch and dinner their whole life.

I do love me some couscous 🤤 It is a rare thing to find here though, and most are not done the proper way.

3.20 is where she prepares the couscous. I hope you aren't putting it into the broth but steaming above it and buttering it well.

Oh, i actually add the couscous directly into the broth, very little broth though that it steams and is not watery anymore after steaming. I see my biggest mistake is that now 😅

@Longpatrol I had it lot growing up and I loved it too but now due to celiac disease it is my worst nightmare.

I rarely go to the village on friday because everyone is steaming couscous and just breathing in the gluten makes me ill.
