It may depend on how you acquire them, as some ways may fall under glorifying violence. But I don't see anything in there against post mortem removal from someone who died of natural causes and teeth are even explicitly listed as allowed.

@Fishy I bet there's good money in fully intact ones. Usually they break them into pieces to cause less damage to the gums.
