How do you know if something you're trying to sell on eBay to another country is legal in that country?

If I were to decide to sell stuff on eBay, but overseas, how would I find out if the item I'm trying to sell is legal in that country?

Eg, kinder surprise eggs are legal where I live but apparently illegal in places like America,

I wanna know because I wanna be able to double check everything I sell and also wanna keep myself out of trouble 😅

They are missing out on kinder eggs over there? I thought it was because they found salmonella but apparently it's because they can't eat the surprise 😂 They know kids can't swallow it whole, right?

Kinder eggs being controversial in the US is my favourite thing about the country.
They need an instruction manual on how not to choke and that's just adorable.
