I Think I’ll Go To The Discount Stores Even Just Out Of Curiosity….

@FurryFace I went to both stores this morning, what a drag. I bought 5 items total and one was a pair of nice fleece pants for the boy for school in the fall. 4 items for 50 cents each. The tables had junk on them that needed to be cleared out, either stuff that was taken out of the packages and got separated from other parts, self-published or old books, holiday junk, masks, and that sort of thing. Both stores piled up with it. I might go on $1 day next week or even $2 day. Should have just looked at clothing at the first store. It’s frustrating though because everything is in bins in the clothing and you have to pick through dozens of pieces to find anything in a size you need. All new items though for $3 each.

@originnone oh there’s been times I’ve found anywhere from 20-60 items in a day.

@NativePortlander1970 I’ve only been to Dollar Tree once in the past couple of months. Find so many things at the discount stores for 50 Cents to $1 most times and some of these things are over $20 each on Amazon or in stores.

@cherokeepatti There's a Dollar Tree in the strip mall next to where I live, the parking lot entrance is literally across the street from my apartment building parking lot. It opened about two years ago and I only went in there once shortly after it opened, I wasn't impressed with it.
