@4meAndyou I shouldn’t have lifted so much when my joints were already swollen. I had leg cramps last night too. I took a potassium & a magnesium supplement before I went to sleep, sprayed the first cramp with magnesium spray. Still had more in my lower legs. Got up at 5:30 and drank a glass of milk and drank some dill pickle juice to get them to stop.
