Well, there's more for everyone then lol.

4meAndyou · F
That's a LOT of merch to sort through!
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@4meAndyou I use real ginger for that but maybe in something like a dessert
4meAndyou · F
@cherokeepatti Mmmmmmmm! Ginger ice cream!
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@4meAndyou or in a smoothie, it helps to digest dairy too
SweetMae · 70-79, F
Wow! That is a lot of merchandise. I only did that once. People can be so rude.
FurryFace · 61-69, M
@cherokeepatti hey ! leave something for other people you Hog , lol
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@FurryFace they can do just what I did if they want to find the bargains, it’s first come, first served. I just bought what we need and will use. If I had a flea market business I’d have bought a whole lot more, like a few baskets more of stuff.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@FurryFace Have seen photos of some with 3 carts of merchandise after they paid for it and went into the entrance and posed in front of the store sign.
MarineBob · 56-60, M
every once in a while I'll go and buy a full pallet of returns
MarineBob · 56-60, M
@cherokeepatti normally resale, mainly lumber and hardware stores.
bought one online once and it was basically junk
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@MarineBob I’ve seen photos of these big cardboard bins full of merchandise from close outs and you can buy each for a set price. Yeah if you bought a junk one you can be pretty sure it was picked through. I have to wonder if this store does the same after the stuff gets picked over too many times. They could have had one long table with nothing but cell phone cases. I looked at about 100 of them and none for my IPhone XS phone…someone else got one though the day before. They had 1000’s of cell phone cases. And hundreds of sofa pillow covers, a lot coloring books and water color sets and that sort of thing. I am curious about what the new restocked tables will have.
MarineBob · 56-60, M
@cherokeepatti kinda wish we had one around here. my niece and I just bought 1,000 Bic lighters that has the rainbow wrap on them. we'll clean them and print on them and she'll sell them in her store
FurryFace · 61-69, M
wow ! that's what it looks like , we'll see you next year , lol
Crazywaterspring · 61-69, M
If that were here people would buy whole tables without digging and sorting. They would load their trailers and trucks then take the load to Mexico for serious money.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@Crazywaterspring I knew a Mexican guy and he had a girlfriend who was from Tijuana and she would drive her van up here to central Oklahoma and go around to garage sales and buy up cheap shoes as many as she could find, and then to thrift stores and flea markets for cheap clothing and other things she knew she could sell easily. Someone gave her a couple of large boxes of fabrics and she took that too. She was returning about every 3 weeks and filling up the van and making enough selling in Tijuana to pay for the trip plus money to live on, it was like a cash business but a long drive.
GeniUs · 56-60, M
OMFG! I never believed in Heaven until now.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@GeniUs We used to have a close-out store called Wackers here that was my favorite store to browse in on a Saturday morning shopping trip. Its been gone for over 25 years but this new store is like Wackers on steroids. I think some have already finished their Christmas shopping
Bill123 · 61-69
That a whole army of merchandise
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@Bill123 They get new stuff every week. That should make it interesting.
