Today was $2 day at theDiscount Store That Sells Amazon

I went this morning and spent 3 hours digging through long tables and found 71 items. Everything from bags of coffee, gluten free cooking items, some health stuff like essential oils, household and kitchen items and snacks. I am exhausted, it got hotter inside the longer I stayed

@FurryFace The first hour, after that it felt like a job. It was hot and you have to dig through piles of merchandise and a lot of it is not in the boxes. I know a plumber who bought an BBC air compressor for $3 last week and it is worth $300….he also bought a lot of shower glue ads for $3 each. A car dealer bought car parts, he knows what they were for and needed them and got them for $3 each. I am exhausted now. Got 11 bags of coffee for $2 each and all good brands

@DffrntDrmmr I bought a lot of Kicking Horse Coffee and froze it and it was very good till I got it all finished a few years ago. If you don’t like it that way then don’t freeze it.

@FurryFace I drink a cup a day but it adds up. Folgers 3# was selling for $10-11 a canister and last week it was $14.46 each. Prices are going up, up, up every time I shop.

@FurryFace Folgers at Sam’s club sells for $5 a pound now, it has gone up in price. The Peets coffee I bought was $2 for a pound and a half bag. I’d say I got a bargain. I just checked and the Folgers at Sam’s is selling for more than $5 a pound because they aren’t selling 3 pound canisters now, cut it back to 43.5 ounces.

@crystalkid I bought that brand in a clearance bin in a large grocery store in Oklahoma City. When their fancier sister stores would put them on clearance they’d bring it over to that store. I miss that because the stores have been closed and sold out to a Hispanics grocery company now. This store is in a lower-income part of Oklahoma City and I think the people didn’t recognize the brand of the coffee (and some other things that were on clearance) so they didn’t buy it up.
