how to control compulsive spending (online shopping)

i'm only on a fixed income, on benefits....but i have ocd as well and feel compelled to keep spending money that i can't afford on clothing and boots, which is leaving me broke....i see something i like and i feel compelled to buy it - at the cost of leaving me without money.

has anyone got any tips/ advice for me on this?

take it out in cash so you cant online shop? otherwise thats all i have for you lol. i do the same.

the bank controls my spending pretty well. they got this thing where, if there is no money in my account, my card doesnt seem to work.
