People of SW, are you brand loyal (for clothing)?

Over the years I've found myself becoming more and more brand loyal... for instance, 100% of my t-shirts, both short and long sleeved are from LL Bean, as are my shirts. Boxers however are 100% Hanes. Sidenote - tees and boxers used to come from Jockey, but the quality has gone down hill.

Are you becoming brand loyal or have you always been so?

I'm brand loyal when it's about blue jeans, I wear Levi's 501's and nothing else because those are the bestest jeans ever, durable, good-looking and not overpriced. I had purchased a pair of blue jeans from Hugo Boss, and I was deeply disappointed.
Regarding underwear I prefer "sustainable" or "ethical" brands.

@helenS I've since my teens been a Levi's fan and 501's seem to be the ones that feel most comfortable. I've tried others but always end up going back to 501's! I try to stay with 100% cotton everything, but haven't gone the sustainable/ethical route yet... have with some things, but not my clothes.

@Ontheroad Many companies go the sustainable way; here's a list, but it's for women, so essentially it's useless to you; but perhaps they also offer men's clothing?

My 501's are "men's" blue jeans because those are more convenient (not so tight)

@helenS thanks for the link - I googled men's fair trade and ethically produced clothing and came up with several companies that might offer the cotton clothing I prefer. I'm going to give a few of them a shot and see if I like what they offer. BTW, Levi has long been a recycler and ethical company.

@Ontheroad The one thing I really despise is so-called "fast fashion", as it causes extensive damage to the planet, exploits workers, and harms animals. 👎

@helenS I'm totally immune there... my style/fashion sense came in during the early stone age and remains solidly there 😁
