I think if you slow that down for a second it could only make sense as a scam - they need you to give them banking details to cancel an order? that's ... pretty goofy and doesn't line up well. most scams and such will try to give a false sense of urgency ('you have to pay this bill in the next 15 minutes or we're cutting off your electricity!')
but yeah, scam. I've had an amazon call but it was only after I'd contacted them about something not working right. caution is usually good.
