So....I got a rogue package from amazon today. I called to tell them and they said to keep it.

....a freakin' case of good and plenty.....

I had similar experience. A whole load, maybe 100 pounds of food from Costco was left at my door with only a receipt showing the amount...no address or order number nothing...I tried calling the nearest Costco about 10 miles away and they had no idea !!!

So I took the thing to the nearest soup kitchen - they were super happy...

TBH if it was good n plenty, I'd bring that to the office....!

@originnone Thx for BC! It was kind of fun, I also knocked on a few neighbors doors to see if it was theirs, and they were all extra chatty and interested in the mystery...$328 in food! And we never heard about it again...

I ordered groceries from Safeway during the pandemic. They apparently combined my order with someone else’s, because all of my items were there, plus some toilet paper and ten bottles of [b]wine[/b] ! I called Safeway, because I didn’t want to be charged for the extras, figuring they’d send someone to pick it up (this wasn’t cheap wine). I was thanked for my "honesty” and told to keep it with their compliments. I gave all but two bottles away.

@bijouxbroussard OH! Here's another one!....When I order groceries online, it's sometimes like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're going to get. I ordered lamb chops for Easter as my wife and daughter love them. And I got four packs of cow liver.....They told me to keep it....but why? No one I know wanted it....so...I just can't waste food. I ate half of it. The last isn't bad, but I'll never buy it.

AND----do you know these two cases? Right up your alley. I learned about them in my class....

@HannahSky a few weeks ago I got a pair of size 12 running shoes delivered to my door from a company by mistake. I called and they just told me to keep them. I am not sure if one of my boys will grow into a size 12, it’s possible lol.
