Amazon appears to be having some issues lately. Late deliveries, weird packaging...packages actually marked as lost.
I asked for two refunds recently for packages that Amazon marked as lost...and lo and behold BOTH of them finally arrived. One just arrived today. My refunds were already in process so I called to try to cancel the refunds, but Amazon told me just to keep the packages because they couldn't cancel the refunds.
@4meAndyou I recently ordered 3 of 1 item. They sent 2. I contacted them. They said it may have gotten lost in shipment. But they sent 2 of the 3 in the same container, which would have held the 3rd. 🤷♂️ I have the text conversation saved. I may cancel the delivery of the third item and just reorder.
@PhoenixPhail Probably a good plan. It's bad though, when you check on your orders to track them, and they are so late the order says it is lost right on the website.
@Malai I think the size of the box may be up to the discretion of the one packing it. And then, it's possible they could have run out of smaller containers.
