Why is resetting my Amazon accounts password so hard?
What's with those idiotic numbers that go past? I have entered them 20 times already and it wont accept it.

One time Amazon made me change my password. But their system just would not allow it, and gave me a run around kind of.
I finally had to dig up their direct customer service number based overseas, spend money to call them and the person on the line solved it within a few minutes. The number to call was difficult to find though.
