I want to get 100% organic cotton bedsheets, but I'm wondering if that would be extravagant and I don't want to be extravagant.

Why do you think it's extravagant? It sounds normal to me. Is it that "organic" in it that is extra? They don't even seem very expensive. Because 100% cotton sheets is in my opinion the norm. Not sure what organic means exactly though.

@CrazyMusicLover the cotton isn't bleached in a ton of chemicals usually. It's not so much how it's grown. Though chemicals are apart of growing as well.
