Are goods and products in general made in the USA still able to be ordered, sent and received without interference from the regime?

For me that's mostly model train stuff currently, but includes computer hardware items, some car parts, etc.

My local hardware store has removed all US Made hand tools, Germany made are 30 - 40% cheaper
