Do you prefer in-store shopping or online shopping?

I had a bad experience just last week with online shopping all i wanted was some brown hooped earrings to match a pair of boots that i have. Pretty simple right? It took 14 days for me to receive the wrong item and now their sold out smh . This is all i wanted.

They sent me a ring instead 🙄 it wasn't even worth the time and return postage so i gave it to one of my daughters.

you always have to be careful when you purchase online
try to make sure they have a return policy where they pay for the return !

@pdockal yes they do. Ive ordered from the site for years. It just wasn't worth the time for me to wait another 2 weeks for them to get it right.
