Do you go to garage/yard sales,i did today :)

A big development maybe 20 or more garage sales,it was fun and picked up a couple of bargains. lol

I USED to go, regularly. Not only did I have a small flea market stand for a while, but I also found some bargains for my house! Once, I had $100 to spend for the day, and I found a working air conditioner! We USED that thing in our bedroom window! It was awesome!

When I got divorced, I furnished my new house with yard sale and flea market finds.

@4meAndyou Oh I did the same. Found so many things I needed at nearby yard sales, a lawn mower, household items, a very small barbecue grill etc. All at a small fraction of store prices.

@cherokeepatti The downside is that you bring home things you don't need...and it's hard to control that. I did notice that when I was purging my homes and apartments prior to moving, my yard sale finds ALWAYS ended up on the table.
