@baydog5555 Thank you, honey.

Yes, some people just don't appreciate things others do for them.

6.72 before taxes today for "brown eggs" medium size. Way too high! That was today's price , they were delivered today also.
eyeno · M
Yah, I pay $15.00 for eighteen.

I don't look at prices anymore... everthing is so expensive !

Only for me...
YoMomma ·
It's about 9 or 10$ for 18 eggs at our store .. so basically the same thing..
@YoMomma That is outrageous. I'll never do it again. They act like there's a shortage but there's not. I don't know how they think they can get by with that. I'll stop eating eggs before I pay these prices again.
YoMomma ·
@LadyGrace there's maybe a shortage but they made it intentionally by needlessly killing birds they wrongfully accused of having a virus.. but it's bs food sabotage imo
Teslin · M
That's awful !! I don’t see it getting better anytime soon.
DanielsASJ · 36-40, M
Probably it's expensive at every store right now.
@DanielsASJ yep it's that way all the way around.

$6.99 for a dozen large eggs
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
How long will that many eggs last you?
@cherokeepatti Wow, Patti, that's a great deal. I've cut down on my eggs. They might even last me four weeks, but not past that. I know you can't eat them past 5 weeks.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@LadyGrace I put them in water to test them, if they are floating throw them out. I have had them keep a bit longer than 5 weeks. When it was really cold in the winter a few years ago and they were cheap to buy a 60-count case of them I would get them and keep them in the garage, they stayed cold and none of them ruined.
@cherokeepatti yes ma'am, so have I but I decided not to keep them longer than 5 weeks anymore but I really like your idea with the floating the eggs in the water. Thank you.
Buy a farm and lots of hen. 🐒🐥

They are just driving up prices... there is NO egg shortage, of course... the last administration said "kill them birds"... wait...or was it geese he meant ,,, no wait... it's cows... or was it?....lol Go Biden-Harris....
Musicman · 61-69, MVIP
I paid $9.98 for two dozen eggs the other day.
@Musicman Good grief! That is outrageous.
Musicman · 61-69, MVIP
@LadyGrace Yes it is. I can't wait for prices to drop.
Moneyonmymind · 31-35, M
At those prices why even bother buying eggs?
YoMomma ·
@LadyGrace oh me too 😅
Moneyonmymind · 31-35, M
@LadyGrace I’m curious to see what the price of eggs will be next time I go shopping
@Moneyonmymind Exactly! They will be up for quite some time, but don't worry. The price will go down and I don't believe it will take all that long. We're just making adjustments to our economy right now. And the reason it's so rough is because we have to correct what mistakes have been made in this country from the past.
