It cost me $22 for three dozen eggs yesterday.

This is outrageous. Had I not felt so bad yesterday or been so tired, I wouldn't have bought them but I didn't want to go to another store. And this was at Schnucks. Over $7 for a dozen eggs. I could not believe it. There was no shortage! I'll never go there again. I just couldn't believe it. And they limited me to only three dozen. I was really upset about that because I'm disabled and it's a lot for me to get out and do stuff. Now, after I run out of those, I would have to go out again which is a real inconvenience for me, so next time I'm just going to order them and have them delivered. I'd like to find a local farmer who would sell them cheaper but I haven't seen any signs out.

It's about 9 or 10$ for 18 eggs at our store .. so basically the same thing..

@SStarfish That is outrageous. I'll never do it again. They act like there's a shortage but there's not. I don't know how they think they can get by with that. I'll stop eating eggs before I pay these prices again.
@LadyGrace there's maybe a shortage but they made it intentionally by needlessly killing birds they wrongfully accused of having a virus.. but it's bs food sabotage imo

That's awful !! I don’t see it getting better anytime soon.

Probably it's expensive at every store right now.

@DanielsASJ yep it's that way all the way around.

@Musicman Good grief! That is outrageous.

@LadyGrace Yes it is. I can't wait for prices to drop.
