Money management app ad: “I just found out I’ve been paying for the Prime account I thought I’d cancelled three years ago!”

Me: What are you, stupid? Did you stop using Amazon altogether three years ago also? How can you possibly not know Prime wasn’t still active if you still order from them? 🤦‍♂️

They still charge you for sales by outside vendors and Prime rolls over unless you cancel it

@bookerdana In the ad the guy swears it had been cancelled, so I seriously don’t know how you couldn’t notice that for three years. On my bank statements the charge is clearly listed as Amazon Prime subscription 🤷‍♂️
