Store incident.

I was just in a store. The manager was outright yelling and screaming in frustration and trying to bully a young man into overtime.

Because there was a lot of stock to put out-was her reason.

I beelined to that area of the store, and purposefully went down the aisle where the incident was taking place, she kept yelling on front of me for a bit until she noticed I was looking directly.at her, then she quieted her tone some and quickly wrapped up her bullying.

With raised eyebrow, I said "ma'am are you ok, because that was NOT ok"

I was very tempted to say in front of her, "I'll give you a hundred dollars right now not to work overtime today for a crap boss like her" but that would be putting him in an awkward position.

She huffed at me and walked into a back room.

What a bitch.
I checked on the young man, I think he's not ok. Sounds like she's always a bitch. But he needs the job. Tale as old as time. Employer abusing their employees to their benefit.

I'm currently emailing a complaint.
Which probably will be meaningless.

Good for you and thank you for putting her in her place!! Hopefully she'll learn, but probably not.

@Teslin putting her in her place?! Never. I believe people all have equal worth. Just some people can be asses.

I just didn't want her or anyone to think it is right to yell or bully someone to solve their problems. And yes, I hope she learns.
