Store incident.

I was just in a store. The manager was outright yelling and screaming in frustration and trying to bully a young man into overtime.

Because there was a lot of stock to put out-was her reason.

I beelined to that area of the store, and purposefully went down the aisle where the incident was taking place, she kept yelling on front of me for a bit until she noticed I was looking directly.at her, then she quieted her tone some and quickly wrapped up her bullying.

With raised eyebrow, I said "ma'am are you ok, because that was NOT ok"

I was very tempted to say in front of her, "I'll give you a hundred dollars right now not to work overtime today for a crap boss like her" but that would be putting him in an awkward position.

She huffed at me and walked into a back room.

What a bitch.
I checked on the young man, I think he's not ok. Sounds like she's always a bitch. But he needs the job. Tale as old as time. Employer abusing their employees to their benefit.

I'm currently emailing a complaint.
Which probably will be meaningless.

@bijouxbroussard Thanks, I wish I had said or done more at the time. But hopefully what little I did helps somewhat. :/

I've already received an email back that said, "Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We are dedicated to ensuring our employees are treated well and fairly. I will send this information to the District Manager to investigate this matter immediately." So hopefully that is true and things can change for the better.

Btw, Hope you are doing alright. I was thinking of you and several friends of mine recently who have lost loved ones. I know it is sometimes extra hard when holidays roll around. 😞
