I just now completed a six mile naked trail run ! Naked I say !!

Did you know that being naked in full sun for one hour creates the same amount of vitamin D you get if you drink 220 8oz glasses of milk and I was in the sun a good bit longer than that.
It was 59 degrees. My nipples are still poking out.
