Why are women conditioned to think one-piece swimsuits make them look 'frumpy' compared to bikinis which are not very attractive?

I love one-piece swimsuits. They look especially hot with women that are pregnant.

But I know lots of people think women should only wear bikinis, or just go naked. 8-)
