@Fernie: thank you. I am of a rebellious nature, that's why when I don't like something about myself I can't really be in peace, I don't even know how to do it. I just have to do something to change.It never stops for me. Sometimes seems like too much to handle since I have to make changes in every area of life. I JUST DON'T LIKE ANYTHING. sigh.

@ThingsSheDoesntKnow: I think you might be overwhelming yourself thinking about ALL the things you "have to do" to grow. That is backwards and counterproductive...it paralyzes us.

@Fernie: 😥 I want to change my diet completely which will help me achieve the rest of the things...so I downloaded about 100 books on that..Now I don't know when and how I am supposed to read them. That's just a beginning to my madness...

@ThingsSheDoesntKnow: YOU are your worst enemy. Setting yourself up to fail. One little thing at a time. What is the most important thing you want to change. Start there....don't start everywhere sweetie. You're getting nowhere this way.You're running in place.
