I tend to worry a lot,which is wasted energy spent.I am trying to let go of that.I also am not as organized in life as I once was.I am a work in progress, even at my age. I don't believe you are ever too old to better yourself.

As a worrier myself, I know what you mean. Worry with no action is just needless stress. And when I catch myself sinking into that pattern I have to work to break out of it.

I'm always working to get better, I'm wiser now than I ever was and it helps.
