I've been using my elliptical every day slowly working myself up 10 extra steps whenever I can!
I know I know most people can start by doing 20 minutes a day! Well that's what I'm working myself up to!! So far I started with only one minute, then over the last few days I've been doing 60 steps per leg! Then just now I did 60 steps per leg then an extra 10 steps!!! My goal is to get up to 20 minutes per day so that I can get into shape for my sons wedding next May! So I have 10 months to increase my steps! Plus I'm lifting small dumb bells to tone my arms, chest and back! Also while doing my exercises I am focusing on my core and my pelvic area holding them in trying to maintain good form and strengthen them too while I exercise! I am just a beginner, and I am a big girl! My goal is to get down to 130lbs! By May!!! Cheers!!!
