Starting to pay off
In the past, couple months, just a few times of hitting the gym.And eating a little bit differently.My size is returning.My strength is coming back and my power is returning. Arms are nice and solid and beginning to bulk up.My legs are solid as well and my forearms have power behind them.... Once I bulk up and cut to the size that I want.My last agenda will be to tighten up my core. Not going for pretty boy. Going for "knock that ass out"
